The best feature of the bag is the back support system and the straps in front that allow you to distribute the weight equally along your back and avoid all weight from falling on the shoulders. If you are very sensitive to weight on the shoulders, this is a great bag. The back compartment with the laptop sleeve allows enough room for my laptop, documents and accessories. The other big compartment in the middle is just the right size to pack my gym clothes, shoes and toiletries. Smaller pockets in the front and sides great for wallet, keys, access cards, pens and other small knick-knacks. I was looking for a bag that I could travel with and then also use on a daily basis to take a single bag to work.
